Equipment Overview

Application-Engineered Equipment, Not a One-Size-Fits-All Machine

The MC-200 family includes belt, modular-chain and roller conveyor sections for straight transfer, curves, inclines, declines and controlled accumulation. Each section is selected around product contact, load, speed, cleaning, access and the surrounding equipment.

A conveyor project is more than a drawing of horizontal lines. Transfer gaps, guide geometry, support spacing, drive location, maintenance access and control zones determine whether the material flow remains stable.

The system can operate as independent sections or as a coordinated line with zone control, upstream and downstream handshakes, production status and fault management.

  • Assembly, programming and dry-run testing
  • Documented FAT before shipment

Project Advantages

What the Technical Scope Is Designed to Control

These benefits come from application review, defined interfaces and measurable acceptance criteria rather than decorative feature claims.

01

Product-Specific Transfer Design

Belt, guide and gap geometry are selected around the actual contact points and stability limits.

02

Balanced Production Flow

Accumulation and release logic reduce unnecessary stops between machines with different cycle behavior.

03

Maintainable Layout

Drive access, cleaning clearance, removable guides and service zones are considered during layout review.

04

Expandable Controls

Sections can begin as standalone equipment and later connect to line-level status and recipes.

Typical Applications

Where Series MC-200 Can Be Configured to Operate

Application suitability is confirmed against real samples, speed and environmental conditions before the final machine configuration is released.

01

Container and Carton Transfer

Stable transport between filling, labeling, packing and inspection equipment.

02

Accumulation and Buffering

Controlled product storage to balance short machine interruptions.

03

Elevation Changes

Incline, decline, spiral or lift interfaces where floor space is limited.

04

End-of-Line Pallet Flow

Case, pallet and wrapper conveyors with status handshakes.

Configuration & Integration

Define the Machine Boundary Before Drawings and Software Are Approved

A complete quotation identifies what the machine receives, what it delivers and which functions belong to adjacent equipment or the customer site.

  • Mechanical interface

Transfer height, product orientation, access, guarding and installation clearances.

  • Electrical and controls interface

Power, safety, run permission, fault status, speed references and network connections.

  • Project responsibility boundary

Samples, utilities, local work, lifting, installation, validation and site acceptance responsibilities.

Operating Sequence

How the Conveyor System Controls Product Flow

Each zone has a defined transfer purpose, speed relationship and response to downstream availability.

  1. 01
    Product Entry

The product is accepted from upstream equipment at the defined height, speed and orientation.

  2. 02
    Guided Transfer

Belt, guides and supports maintain stability through straight sections and direction changes.

  3. 03
    Zone Control

Sensors and drives start, stop or release products according to downstream demand.

  4. 04
    Accumulation

Products buffer with controlled pressure or zero-pressure separation where required.

  5. 05
    Equipment Handover

The product leaves at the agreed position, spacing and signal condition.

Technical Review

Evaluate the Equipment from Product Input to Lifecycle Support

Each tab answers a different procurement question and demonstrates a deeper product-content structure.

Define the Contact and Stability Limits

Dimensions, base shape, weight, softness, center of gravity and allowable back pressure determine the belt, guides and transfer details.

Factory Acceptance Testing

A Written FAT Connects the Technical Proposal to Shipment Approval

Testing uses agreed samples, functions and acceptance methods. Project-dependent items are recorded rather than hidden.

  1. 01

    Layout and Elevation Check

Verify section lengths, transfer heights, supports and maintenance clearances.

  2. 02

    Product Transfer Test

Run minimum and maximum products through joints, curves and guide transitions.

  3. 03

    Accumulation Test

Simulate downstream stops and confirm release order and product condition.

  4. 04

    Interface Signal Test

Check run permissions, faults, blocked status and restart behavior.

  5. 05

    Noise and Access Review

Inspect operating noise, guarding, cleaning access and service points.

Procurement Risk Review

Questions That Should Be Resolved Before Purchase Order

A professional product page should make risk and project assumptions visible, not only list attractive features.

Common Risk Technical Response

Rated speed is quoted without product and operating assumptions.

Tie output to approved samples, format, buffer condition, reject logic and FAT method.

Machine boundaries and adjacent-equipment responsibilities are unclear.

Approve a layout, interface list and responsibility matrix before manufacturing.

Installation and ramp-up support are discussed after shipment.

Define site readiness, commissioning, training, spares and remote support in the project scope.

Project Documents

Equipment FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask Before Configuring Series MC-200

The answers identify what must be confirmed during technical review instead of presenting unsupported guarantees.

Which conveyor type is best for my product?

The decision depends on product base, weight, stability, cleaning, accumulation and required curves. A product sample and layout are more useful than selecting by belt material alone.

How much accumulation is required?

Buffer length should be based on expected stop duration, line speed, product pitch and allowable pressure. The control philosophy is reviewed together with physical length.

Can the system include curves and elevation changes?

Yes. Curved, incline, decline and lift solutions can be combined, subject to product stability and available footprint.

Can existing machines be connected?

Yes. We need transfer heights, product exit conditions, available signals, speed ranges and maintenance access around the existing equipment.

How are conveyor sections controlled?

Sections may run continuously, follow a speed reference or use sensor-based zones. The line-stop and restart behavior is defined in the interface list.

What documentation is supplied?

Typical documents include general arrangement drawings, electrical diagrams, component lists, manuals, lubrication information and recommended spare parts.
